About Cellavara
Supplements built from the research forward
Cellavara makes research-dosed supplements for people whose work runs on the mind. Every formula starts with published human research and is held to the same standard, from the first ingredient to the last lot.
The name
Cella is Latin for a small chamber, and the root of the word “cell.” Vara is Sanskrit for a blessing, or the finest.
Cellavara is named for the cell, the body’s smallest chamber, where everything we make does its work, and for the care we put into what reaches it.
The standard
- Human research first. Every ingredient has published human studies on the outcome it’s there for.
- Doses that match. We use the amounts that were studied, show the studies side by side, and say where they differ.
- Named, standardized ingredients. Every amount is on the label. No proprietary blends.
- Every lot tested and published. Independent lab results for strength, heavy metals and microbes, published for every batch.
- Honest about the evidence. We tell you who was studied, for how long, and what the research doesn’t show.
The Nootropic Line
The Cellavara Nootropic Line is our first, starting with Core and Core Plus. Core is a daily AM and PM memory system built around the three stages of memory: learning during the day, consolidating during sleep, and recalling when it counts. It’s made for executives, engineers, physicians, attorneys and anyone preparing for a high-stakes exam.
The formulator
Cellavara’s formulas are developed by Dr. J. Ortega, MD, from the research literature, with each ingredient chosen for its human evidence and each dose matched to it.
